Wonderful house of new construction (2008), ideal for families, with capacity for 14-16 persons and with all the comforts and services. It is located at 25 minutes from Barcelona in a rural privileged zone, at the foot of Montserrat's mountain, in the population of Collbató.
The house has 400 m2 constructed, of which 300 m2 are of housings and 100 m2 of common zones. It is placed in a plot of 2.000 m2. The house is divided in 3 apartments; there exists the option to rent them separately or to rent the whole house. All apartments are fitted with attention to every detail and offering the highest quality. The ground floor apartment is specially equipped for more than 16 people. The beds have latex mattresses for your best comfort. The kitchens are equipped with all necessary tools and a top quality, below you can see a more accurate description.
In the facilities you can find:
• A swimming pool of 8x4 m2 surrounded with 200 m2 of natural green and with deckchairs (2 for apartment) and parasols.
• Garden with centenary olive trees, palms and flowers.
• A park of sand of approximately 6 m2 for the child with spades, scrapers and buckets.
• A game room in the common zones placed in the basement.
• Laundry machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, in the common zones.
• An area of picnic with 1.200 m2, equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.
All the apartments are equipped with:
• Bathrooms: towels, bathrobes, W.C. paper, hand soap, and hair dryers.
• Rooms: sheets, Nordic cases.
• Lounge: flat screen TV, DVD, connection TV satellite, Hifi and games.
• Completely equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, large capacity freezer, microwave, espresso machine, fruit juice maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, sandwich maker, fondue (only ground floor), linens, dishwasher soap, cleaning kit , starter kit for cooking (species, olive oil, salt, vinegar, etc..), roll of kitchen paper and a large variety and quantity of kitchen items (pots, pans, bowls, plates ...) and so on. All with the best quality.
• Others: Wifi at all the house, table games, broom, dustpan, mop, rags, cleaning once a week.
